Return Policy

No Returns
Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Proof of damage is required.

Damaged Items
If your bottle is damaged, contact us at chirocaretherapy@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product.

Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Returns are also not accepted for digital gift cards, service packages, or memberships. For specific item inquiries, please contact us.

Exchanges
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If the exchange is approved, please contact us via email or at 949-888-0404. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at chirocaretherapy@gmail.com.
